They can submit booking requests, view the status of their applications, and generate Non-Availability Certificates (NAC) if the rooms are not available. Government officials visiting these locations on official tours can utilize the system for accommodation and reimbursement purposesn.
2. Citizens: The portal enables citizens to apply online for booking government guest houses in Shimla, Chandigarh, and New Delhi. They can submit booking requests and view the status of their applications. Citizens may avail of this facility if there are vacancies of rooms at these locations.

Step 1: Eligible Officers/Official will Submit application online and get Application No. through SMS.
Step 2: GAD Authority will Approve or Reject the online applicantions.
Step 3: GAD Authority will grant the NAC (Non Availability Certificate) for officers on official duty.
Step 4: Applicant will get the booking confirmation/Rejection status or NAC download link through SMS.

Users receive updates and notifications regarding their booking acceptance and rejection confirmation through SMS. In case of NAC, NAC download link in pdf format is also shared in SMS.

Users can withdraw their application or cancel their booking before chekcing throgh 'Cancel Booking' option by entering their Application Number and Mobile Number.

Step 1: Government officials visiting Shimla, Chandigarh, or New Delhi for official tours can generate a Non-Availability Certificate (NAC) if the room is not available.
Step 2: Applicant has to selects the appropriate option within their application to generate the NAC.
